So I have two codes on my 2016 q50 3.0t one for output speed sensor and one for wheel speed sensor I changed the wheel sensor and replaced the valve body should I just replace the transmission?

This is a very complex issue involving many sub systems. Unless your a technician or engineer or have oodles of time on your hands, I would take it to a pro.
I would start with troubleshooting the abs actuator and electric control unit. If wires were showing you might have burnt out electric unit psu. Good luck buddy, byeeeeeeeee
