i have a 2022 q50 luxe i recently purchased. about a month ago my screens completely went black and kept boot looping. the back up camera works sometimes but just shuts off every 5 seconds.when it happened it also removed the music tab from my dash. my drive mode selector still works. i took it to a mechanic and had the dcu replaced but the mechanic said it didn’t fix the issue so he refunded my money. i want to see if there is any solution before giving up and taking it to a dealership where i will be for sure over charged.

Hey @chino212090, that's a tough situation, especially since replacing the DCU didn't even fix the boot-looping screens. Did the mechanic happen to check the battery or any related wiring harnesses when they had it apart? Adding those details might give someone here an idea of what to suggest next.
